When you squeeze their left hand, it starts an internal recording device so you can record a message lasting about 6 seconds. Then when you squeeze their right hand, the message plays back. We have recorded things for Alisa like, "I love you, baby girl" followed by kissing sounds and "Alisa, this is your daddy speaking...I love you". One time we recorded Alisa's happy squeals and each time she listened to it played back, she squealed along with it. It was really cute. She loves playing with these stuffed animals and kissing them. Whenever she sees them on the guest bed or couch she points at them so we will get them for her. And whenever she hears the kissing sounds on the recording, she kisses the animal and makes the same kissing sound. Precious!
