Comfort Level

Craig's friend Andrew came over last night. When Craig met him earlier this year and he first started coming over, Alisa cried every time and ran to me so I would pick her up. That went on for many months. Well, the past few times she has not cried when she saw him and she's even walked over to him and happily babbled a lot. Last night, Craig said she actually reached up for him to pick her up and carry her downstairs (I was at a Moms Night Out event then). Wow! She hasn't ever done that before with anyone (except maybe the babysitter after we've left). I'm SO glad she has finally become more comfortable with people coming over...it's been a long time coming! The non-stop crying and me having to hold her most of the time was getting old.
