Native Nurseries

My moms group had a meetup at Native Nurseries at 10 AM today. Unfortunately, I thought it was at 10:30 AM so we were half an hour late (I remembered the correct time all the days of this week except today when it really mattered). It took me awhile to find out we had missed the activity because moms and kids were still milling about the peaceful nursery. At 10:45 AM I was wondering why we hadn't been gathered together by an employee yet. Still, we wandered around taking pictures.

Alisa kept trying to pick the flowers that were for sale so I was glad to find one that had fallen on the ground so she could hold it:

Alisa said hi to all the animal statues:

Finally I asked one mom if they had already done the activity. She said they did it at 10 AM but the supplies were still out so Alisa could still do it. I gave her the eggshells we brought in a small carton and she filled them with dirt:

Then she put rye grass seeds in them. We just have to water them at home and the grass will grow. It should look like hair growing out of the eggshells since I drew a face on the shells.
