A year ago I posted that Alisa first used the phrase "Can you do me a favor?" but didn't know what it really meant. Well, now she often asks, "Will you do me a favor, Momma?" It's usually something like open a granola bar or reach something for her. I laughed when she said, "Will you put those books on the bookshelf please?" because that is something she is supposed to do (clean up after herself).
Since Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and her birthday have occurred in the past few months, she now asks whenever I give her something, "Why did you buy that for me? Did you think I would like it?" It's really cute.
