Missed Appointment

I'm kicking myself because I forgot about Alisa's two year checkup yesterday morning. I remembered every day but the day before and the day of. The earliest I could reschedule was a month from now. Ugh. The lady said they needed to get a correct phone number for me and she read off what they had. It was my cell phone and it works just fine. I'll bet someone just mis-dialed a digit (or maybe didn't use the Oklahoma area code) when trying to call me for the reminder call on the day before the appointment because they put a note on my account saying they got a disconnected message. Aaarrrgggghhhh! I really hope they don't charge me a missed appointment fee.

I need to check Alisa's shot records because she said Alisa won't get a shot at this appointment but I was told when I originally scheduled it that she would. The original scheduler made a point to tell me not to schedule it within the few days before her birthday party in case she had a bad reaction to the shots.
