Non-stop Talking

Alisa talks non-stop ALL the time. Seriously. It's mostly hilarious and cute but sometimes it's annoying because she'll ask me the same question like 3 times in a row even though I answered her each time. And frequently she'll want me to acknowledge what she's saying or doing. For instance, she is always pretending to pick up animals or flowers. She will say, "Look at this cute little bunny!" and she will want me to look at her hand and make some comment like, "Ohhhh, how cute!" or "What color is the cute little bunny?! Sometimes I can get away with a quick glance or an "Mmm hmm."

She often asks when I'm on the phone or told her to be quiet for a second so I can hear something on TV or the radio, "Mommy, can I talk?" I ask her to wait and she says, "But I HAVE to talk!" She really does have a hard time keeping quiet. She often cries when we ask her to be quiet for a second.
