On the way to The Painted Pony farm as she ate bites of hamburger and fries, Alisa randomly said, "I promise not to say 'no' when I don't want to eat something." Oh wouldn't that be nice! She said, "I promise" a lot today and I'm not sure why. When I asked her not to throw sand in the air, she said, "Okay, I promise." Guess I'll have to teach her that promises are serious and she should not make promises that she doesn't intend to keep (like saying 'no' when she doesn't want to eat something).
